Sidewinder’s line of electric chemical metering & injection pumps combine innovation and simplicity for a more reliable, energy efficient pump that provides lower maintenance cost and ease of repair. The design of our direct drive plunger/cam arrangement eliminates the cross head and resulting alignment issues reducing plunger and seal wear. Seals and plungers can be changed without having to disassemble the entire pump.
The Sidewinder Timer has a data I/O port for Mod Bus communication allowing for remote monitoring and metering control. The timer comes standard with built-in temperature probe for Methanol applications and can be programmed for batch dosing and continuous treatment.
Sidewinder is the only pump on the market with a Stroke Length Adjuster for true volume metering.
Provides flows to 588 QPD (147 GPD) & working pressures to 5,000 PSI
